Boxing Classes
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS – Master the essentials of boxing with a focus on footwork, movement, coordination, and technique. This class builds a strong foundation, teaching you how to move efficiently, control distance, and throw punches with precision. Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their skills in a structured, high-energy environment.
ADVANCED CLASS – Sharpen your skills with a focus on refined technique, footwork, and strategic execution. This class covers advanced attack and defense tactics, seamless combinations, and high-level fight IQ development. Ideal for experienced boxers looking to elevate their game and compete at a higher level.

FIGHT CAMP – A high-intensity program designed to build fundamentals, improve strength and conditioning, and sharpen technique through focused training clinics. Ideal for those preparing to compete or looking to push their limits in a structured, fight-ready environment.

BAG WORK – Refine your striking with a focus on level changes, movement, and precision. This class builds endurance and sharpens technique through dynamic combinations on command, helping you develop power, accuracy, and fluidity in your punches.


Jiu-Jitsu Classes
BEGINNER GI
Practicing in a jiu-jitsu gi (Kimono top) teaches you how to use grips, sleeves, collars, and pant legs for control, submissions, and defense. Training without the gi is called no-gi, which relies more on body grips, wrestling-style holds, and underhooks.
In the beginner gi class you can expect to build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on positional control, movement, and escapes. Learning the basic movements of jiu-jitsu and how to combine escapes to break free from tough spots, develop essential guard retention and sweeps, and create a functional system for defense and offense. You will also be introduced to takedowns, submissions, and the mechanics behind them. Perfect for beginners looking to gain confidence or learn a new skill or self defense on the mats but all levels are welcome to join.

GI ALL LEVELS
For those who have done jiu-jitsu before, our Gi All Levels class is the perfect place to fine-tune technique, build strategy, and get quality mat time with experienced training partners. Whether you’re fresh off your fundamentals or a seasoned practitioner, this class blends drills, positional work, and live sparring to help you progress.
Led by Coach Reyhan Algadri, our head coach and black belt from Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu, these sessions are designed to give you the tools to take your game to the next level or get you comp ready.

NOGI ALL LEVELS
A fast-paced and dynamic approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Nogi training sharpens your technique, agility, and adaptability. Without the traditional Gi, movement becomes more explosive, emphasizing body control, grip fighting, and fluid transitions. This class covers takedowns, positional control, escapes, sweeps, and submissions while introducing live situational drills and rolling. Perfect for self-defense, sport competition, and MMA, Nogi BJJ builds confidence, speed, and overall fitness.
